Your files stay on your device

Every PDFPixo tool runs inside your web browser. When you choose a PDF, photo, Word or Excel file, it is processed on your own phone or computer. Your files are not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we never see them.

When you close or refresh the page, the files and results are gone from PDFPixo. Results you download are saved only where you save them.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking

You do not need an account, so we do not collect your name, email address or password.

We do not show ads, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data.

What is stored in your browser

Your chosen language and colour theme are saved in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers them next time.

A copy of the website and, when you use them, the AI and text-recognition files are saved in your browser cache so the tools load faster and work offline. You can remove all of this at any time by clearing your browser data for pdfpixo.com.

Hosting and security

The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and gives us overall visitor numbers without cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people and harmful bots apart. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details.

All program code, AI models and language files are served from pdfpixo.com itself. The site does not load scripts from other websites.

Children

PDFPixo does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
