Create ZIP archive
Bundle files into a real ZIP; the files inside are not changed.
All chosen files are included without changing their contents. Duplicate names receive a number.
What this tool does
This tool packs any files you choose into one ZIP file. Photos, PDFs, Word and Excel files, text files and anything else can go in together, and every file stays exactly as it was, byte for byte. A single ZIP is easier to send by email or WhatsApp than twenty separate attachments, easier to upload to a government or job portal that accepts only one file, and easier to keep as a tidy backup of a set of documents.
Rename files in order
Turn on renaming to give every file a clean, numbered name such as Document-01, Document-02 and so on, while each file keeps its own extension. Choose your own prefix, for example Aadhaar, Marksheet or Invoice, and a starting number. This is handy when a portal or an office asks for files in a particular order, or when phone photos have long, meaningless names like IMG_20261016_093512.
The order of files
Files are added in the order of the file list. Use the arrows next to each file to change the order before pressing the button, so the numbering matches the order you want.
Nothing is changed inside
This tool does not compress pictures or convert documents; it only bundles them. ZIP uses lossless compression, so text files and documents may become a little smaller, while photos and PDFs, which are already compressed, stay about the same size. If you need smaller photos or PDFs, use the compress tools first and then put the results in a ZIP.
Duplicate names are handled
If two files have the same name, the second one gets a number added automatically, so no file overwrites another inside the ZIP. Unsafe characters in file names are replaced so the ZIP opens correctly on Windows, Android, iPhone and Mac.
Good uses in daily life
Job seekers use it to send a resume, marksheets and certificates as one neat file named in order. Shop owners bundle a month of bills before sending them to their accountant. Students submit assignment photos together, and families keep scanned documents of every member in one backup file. Because file names can be numbered, the person receiving the ZIP sees the documents in the same order you intended, which saves time on both sides and avoids missing pages.
Opening the ZIP
On Windows and Mac, double-click the ZIP to see the files inside. On Android, open it with the Files app and tap Extract. On iPhone, tap the ZIP in the Files app and it unpacks into a folder automatically.
Private by design
The ZIP is built inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded, and nothing is stored after you close the page.
