This tool makes clean, print-ready certificates in landscape A4 size. Type the name of the person, choose a design, add a title, a short reason and the names of the people who sign, and download a PDF or a sharp PNG picture. It is made for schools, coaching classes, colleges, offices, sports clubs, NGOs and event organisers who need certificates of achievement, participation, appreciation, completion or merit without paying a designer or learning design software. It works on a phone as well as on a computer.

One certificate for every name on your list

The biggest time saver is the name list. Paste a whole class list, a team list or the list of event participants, one name per line, and PDFPixo makes one certificate for each name in a single step. You can make up to 300 certificates at once. As a PDF, every name gets its own page in one file, ready to print on a normal A4 printer. As PNG, every certificate becomes its own picture inside one ZIP file, ready to send on WhatsApp or email. Long names automatically shrink to fit on one line, so no name is cut off.

Certificate numbers that count up

If your certificates need a serial number, type the number of the first one, for example CERT-2026-001. The tool counts up for every next name, so the second certificate gets CERT-2026-002, the third CERT-2026-003 and so on, keeping any leading zeros. This makes it easy to keep a record of who received which certificate.

Three clean designs

Classic has a double border and a formal serif look that suits schools and official programmes. Modern uses a solid colour band on the left with clean lettering, which suits workshops, companies and online courses. Simple has a single thin border for a quiet, minimal look. In every design you can choose the main colour to match your school or company colour, and add your logo at the top.

Hindi and every Indian language print correctly

Many free certificate makers turn Hindi names into empty boxes. PDFPixo draws the certificate with your browser, so names, school names and reasons in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu or any other script print exactly as typed. You can also change the title and the line above the name to your own language, for example a Hindi title for a school function.

Signatures and logo

Add up to two signers, such as a principal and a class teacher, with their titles. You can also add a picture of the left signature, so certificates come out already signed. For the cleanest result, sign on white paper, take a photo, and remove the background first with the background remover tool so only the ink is left.
